Our 8’x20’ cargo-grade steel portable storage containers are bigger, stronger, and vented, plus they have doors at both ends for easier loading and unloading. Most other companies only have a maximum size of 8’x16’, use easily damaged fiberglass, and just have one door. Each unit size offers ground-level access and is non-climate controlled. Additionally, a free disc lock is provided with every unit. The 10' x 15' unit boasts a special offer of the second month free, along with a complimentary truck for your move-in, while the larger 10' x 25' and 10' x 30' units both come with the added security of a free disc lock. Attic Plus at 3357 Pelham ensures competitive pricing and a variety of size options to securely accommodate your storage needs.
How much does portable storage cost?
The monthly rate for our 8′ x 20′ is $199.00 with a Per Trip Fee of $99.00. For new deliveries, a non-refundable $25.00 administrative fee will be charged when we receive your reservation.1st month's rent will be charged on your delivery date, and then on the same date of each following month. For relocates and pick-ups, the Per Trip Fee will be charged on your calendar date selected.

Are the storage units climate controlled?
At the 3357 Pelham Parkway site, we're proud to provide an array of exclusive amenities but are not able to provide climate-controlled units at this location. While our 3357 Pelham Parkway location may not currently offer this particular feature, our other branches stand ready to offer you the added advantage of climate-controlled units, providing an extra layer of protection for your valuable items.
